About Michael
Michael’s practice spans corporate/partnership, construction, professional responsibility, mortgage securities and complex litigation. Routinely representing both plaintiffs and defendants, Michael’s attention to detail and out-of-the-box approach enables him to consistently secure very favorable outcomes for his clients. Michael’s recent successes include the class action defense of a multi-million dollar financial fraud litigation.
Prior to joining JJLA, Michael was an associate at Bergman & Gutierrez LLP and specialized in mortgage securities litigation.
Michael graduated in 2009 from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where he was an editor for the Law Review and participated in the Access to Justice Practicum, in which he represented Los Angeles County foster families wrongly denied access to state and federal benefits. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University of Southern California.
